Barbara ‘Lynn’ Burkhart, age 56, of Grand Junction, passed from this life on April 7, 2018, under the care of HopeWest Hospice in Grand Junction, Colorado.
She was survived by her daughters Esena and Randi Burkhart, as well as four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made, on her behalf, to HopeWest Hospice.
