JoAnne Lucille Franks, 95, of the Whitewater/Grand Junction area passed away at her home on March 23, 2021. She is survived by her son, Foster Bruce Potter, daughters, Sydney Carol Johnson, Dana Ashton Johnson and Patricia Potter Franks, 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Services will be held at a later date.
