Robert Dean Franklin, 69, of Grand Junction passed away on November 9, 2019. Military services will be held on November 20, 2019 at 1 PM at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery. He is survived by his son Jason Franklin of Grand Junction, daughters, Dawn Allen of Montana, Rikki Bruner of Grand Junction, and Brandie Barker of Grand Junction, and his sister Gail Cameron.
